the hotel staff was extremely unprofessional and would often enter my room without knocking, and room service was a hassle.

The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is near the railway station, only a 5-minute walk away. the staff at the hotel are helpful in nature and always ready to assist with any needs.
The cleanliness of the rooms was not up to par, as one guest mentioned that their room was not cleaned once during their entire four-night stay.

The hotel offers complimentary breakfast, which was nice. The location is convenient for accessing both the bus station and railway station. the staff was very helpful and accommodating.
The room wasn't cleaned during my entire stay.
